Rolling Wave Planning
This video relates to the first two videos and is somewhat similar to the second one since it covers scheduling across the project life cycle. However, in video no 2, we presented the formal estimates that should be developed in various stages of the project life cycle. In this third video, we discuss the concept of continuous planning along the whole project life cycle, which we also know as rolling wave planning.
